A few things you should know.

- Payment is due at time of ordering. Please follow links in your shopping cart to complete payment.
- You will receive an email confirmation for your order once processing of payment is complete.
- We ship world wide. If you are ordering from outside Canada or the continental U.S.A please send us a message for a quote and we will be happy to get a shipping cost for you.
- All products are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) Please make note of the exchange rate for your currency.
- Depending on your country, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import the ingredients that are listed in our products, according to cosmetic regulations in your country. We will not be held responsible for non-delivered items or packages held at customs.
- If you are ordering from the United States, you are responsible for any additional taxes and or fees associated with border crossing and customs.
-Within Canada we ship via Canada Post. If you prefer to use a different carrier, please contact us to request a shipping quote.
-please ensure your mailing address is correct before submitting your order. If an item is return to sender, an additional shipping cost will be required to have the item reshipped or you can choose to receive a refund of the amount of the product minus the shipping fee.
-Fresh Essences is a small, home-based business and a one girl show with some help during busy seasons. I do my best to get orders out withing 24-48 hours however, please allow extra time during the holidays for order processing.
- Orders are shipped from Port Hope, Ontario, Canada. Shipping across Canada is typically one week from shipment date however holidays and weather can cause delays. Shipping out of country can take 1-2 weeks or longer depending on courier and destination.
- Due to the nature of the product, for hygienic reasons we do not accept returns.
-We strive to make sure our products are always as described. If you receive a product that doesn't meet the quality you were expecting based on the item description, please send a message with a picture and details of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. We will do our best to work with you to find a resolution.
- Please keep in mind that some products are not temperature friendly and can soften or even melt in warmer weather. Although most products are not damaged by this, they may not look like they are supposed to. Products like whipped body butter and emulsified sugar scrubs are especially sensitive. Please order these items with that in mind.
- Once your order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please make sure you are certain of the items in your cart prior to completing payment.
- In light of so many different allergies and sensitivities, please check the ingredients for any product you are interested in. If you have any questions regarding ingredients, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- If there is anything you are unsure of or have any questions regarding product, payment, ordering, or shipping that are not covered here, please send an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
