No Bathtub to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy? Just prefer a shower over a bath? No Problem!
Shower steamers are similar to bath bombs... except ... They are for the shower and loaded with essential oils to create a spa-like experience.
Place one on the shower floor closer to the back or opposite the shower head.  When it comes in contact with the water, it will slowly fizz and dissolve releasing the essential oil vapours into the air for you to enjoy. 
 
NEVER use a shower steamer in place of a bath bomb. The concentration of essential oils could cause irritation where no one wants irritation, or the oils could get in your eyes and that's no fun either!
